All of our employment services are FREE of charge to you, the employer.
For employers, our services may include:
- Job analysis to identify all elements of a particular job.
- Job matching and job coaching services to provide any additional training and support needed by employees you hire through our agency
- Education and consultation for your company trainer and for all employees in such areas as employee motivation, breaking down job duties, performance improvement plans and other accommodation issues.
- Job “tryouts” to assess the potential success of a job match.
- Follow-up and ongoing training services to ensure a successful partnership!
