How To Get Services: PLT

  • The Parents Learning Together program is open to residents of St. Louis City only.
  • Participants must be 18 years old or older, and may have a child living in their home or a child living elsewhere. Participants who are expecting a child are welcome to apply for the program, however, services will not begin until after the child is born.
  • The Parents Learning Together program is designed to help keep families together and to build a healthy parent-child relationship. Therefore, it is only appropriate for families when parental rights have not been permanently terminated.
  • Funding is most often secured through the St. Louis office of the MRDD or through the Missouri Department of Family Services. Our staff will help you to apply for appropriate funding.
  • To schedule an appointment to visit the Parents Learning Together program and to discuss potential services, contact Cathy Hayes, coordinator of Parents Learning Together, or call 314-454-1377.
