Sports and Fitness

Stay active and make friends!  We've got great ways to keep you active and fit.  Register on-line for St. Louis Arc’s seasonal basketball, bowling, and softball leagues, soccer and golf sessions for adults.  We even offer a walking club!

Instructional and Social

Check out our monthly dances and cultural events for adults; our community-based book clubs for youth and adults; cooking classes for adults; Focus on ME, a manners and etiquette class; and The Artist in You, a painting class for adults.  Be sure to also take a look at our R&R weekend camping program!

Teens

We've got a great schedule of events for the young people we support, from dances to our award winning summer programs, Teens in Motion and Neighborhood Experiences.  Also offered are two new programs:  Wild Wednesdays and Sensational Saturdays.  We are committed to linking teens throughout our agency!

Community Connections

Staying connected to our community is important for everyone!  That's why we're glad to offer Cultural Happenings, where small groups get out and visit local attractions and take part in area events.  Rec Connect helps people volunteer throughout St. Louis.
