The St. Louis Arc is a nonprofit, United Way agency providing a full range of supports and services to more than 3,000 people with developmental disabilities, and their families, throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. It is an affiliated chapter of The Arc of the United States.

Mark A. Keeley, President and CEO, has more than 26 years experience with the organization, having served as Vice President of Support Services and Assistant Director of Residential Services during his tenure. In 1995 Mark designed the agency’s current family reimbursement respite model, which has grown to be one of the largest in the country in terms of the number of families serviced and hours of respite accessed. A licensed clinical social worker, he holds a master’s degree in Social Work from the George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University, where he is an Adjunct Advisor.
