The Arc of the United States Announces Sub-Grant Award to the St. Louis Arc

Thanks to a $3 million grant from the Walmart Foundation, The Arc of the United States is awarding grants to 45 local chapters, including us!


Prop A Passes: Thank You Arc Advocates!

On April 6, St. Louis County voters went to the polls to decide on Proposition A. The measure passed by a vote of 63 percent to 27 percent. Prop A will restore and expand public transit options like Call-A-Ride, which is used by many people supported by the St. Louis Arc. Thank you, Arc advocates for making your voices heard on this very important issue!


On Tuesday, April 6, Proposition A passed by an overwhelming margin. Thanks again to everyone who went to the polls.

St. Louis Arc Trivia Night a "Groovy" Success

It's our 60th anniversary, so we decided to throw a 1960's themed Trivia Night. On Friday, March 5, about 425 of the St. Louis Arc's families, friends, employees and volunteers gathered at the Maryland Heights Centre for food, fun and of course, trivia!

New Family Center for St. Louis Arc

St. Louis Arc President/CEO Kathy Meath recently made a very exciting announcement, one that will mean a lot to the people we support, their families and our employees. On Wednesday, January 13, the St. Louis Arc closed on a 25,000 square foot building, located at 1177 N. Warson Road in Creve Coeur. Once renovations are finished, it will become our new St. Louis Arc Family Center and also our new administrative building. Click headline to read more!
