Artist and Volunteer in class

Staying active during the winter and spring months often helps individuals keep a positive attitude, stay healthy, and maintain their social network. There is still time to register for several Leisure programs for the winter and spring season. Adult Music

Date: Mondays, January 6 – March 30 from 6:30 p.m. – 7:15 p.m. or Thursdays, January 9 – March 26 from 10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.

Music classes are designed to provide a fun and supportive outlet for expressing yourself. To maximize the benefits of music for people of all abilities, we will provide smaller group sizes and more hands-on support. To sign up contact Clinton Hall at 314-817-2293.

Arc United Basketball

Dates: Tuesdays, January 21 – March 14, from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

This league is for people with and without disabilities playing together and competing on the same team. For more information, contact Dan Correll at 314-817-2227.

Artist in You

Session 1: Mondays, January 13 – February 24 from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Session 2: Mondays, March 2 – April 6

Explore your hidden artistic talents! Join our exciting art class which offers basic instruction in drawing, painting, and multimedia art. Program fee covers the cost of all art supplies. For more information, contact Clinton Hall at 314-817-2293.

Basketball

Dates: Saturdays, January 11 – March 14 from 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Got game? Bring it on. Join the excitement of the Arc basketball leagues! Each Saturday your team will either play at Bayless Jr. High School or Fee Fee Baptist Church. For more information, contact Dan Correll at 314-817-2227.

Cooking for Comfort

Session I Dates: Wednesdays Jan. 29-Feb 12, Session II Dates: Wednesdays Feb. 26-March.11, Session III Dates: Wednesdays March 25 – April 8

Cooking for Comfort teaches participants how to prepare easy, delicious meals. Enjoy hands-on experiences, lead by an experienced cooking instructor. For more information, contact Dan Correll at 314-817-2227.
