Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) are essential to the Arc’s success. Joining the Arc team in a direct support role is a wonderful way to provide care for others and launch a successful career with growth opportunities. The Arc offers competitive wages, benefits, and paid time off to our full-time staff. Part-time positions offer flexibility in scheduling.
