The St. Louis Arc supports more than 3,000 adults and children with developmental disabilities and their families in the metropolitan St. Louis, Missouri area. We are recognized as a leader in quality services among professional agencies.

Pre-employment screening/documents are required for all employees. This includes:
- Criminal Record Checks
- Drug Screening
- Proof of Education (minimum HS diploma or GED required for all positions)
- DMV Checks (for all support positions)
- Proof of Auto Insurance (for all support positions)
Additional certifications and training will be required upon hire. This includes but is not limited to CPR; First Aid; and Medication Administration.
